Adeg Agri Ventures Private Limited is located over at Ganesh Dyanu Vetal’s place, number 396 in Surli. That is in Karad, Satara district. We have been working from this spot for a bit now. It is a pretty normal village life here. We handle agri stuff because that is what happens in Satara. There is a lot of ground to cover and the work never really stops. We are just a few people trying to run this private limited company. It is not like those big companies in the city. We sit in Karad and talk about what needs to be done for the season. Ganesh’s house is where the mail comes and where we meet up. Surli is a good place to be based. The soil here is okay if you know what you are doing with it. We try to keep things moving. There is always some paperwork or some field work that needs attention. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you come by 396, you just ask for us. We are usually around or out near the fields. Being in Satara means we are surrounded by other people doing the same thing. We just focus on our own venture and try to keep it simple. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time. The office part is just a small room in the house where we keep the ledger and some chairs for when we need to talk.
