We are tucked away in the TNEB Colony -1 area of Kattur, over in Alagapuram. Salem is a place where everyone seems to know everyone, and we’ve been part of this community at plots 25 and 26 for a bit. Our business is all about stones. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The yard can get a bit noisy when the trucks are moving, but we try to keep things orderly for the neighbors. Most days start early before the sun gets too high. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the stone coming in. If it’s not right, we don't want it in our yard. It’s just how we were taught to work. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the orders go out correctly. The 636016 area is home to us. We’ve seen kids grow up and new houses go up all around this part of Salem. Sometimes people just stop by to ask questions about what kind of stone is best for a small patch of flooring or a wall. We give them a straight answer based on what we've seen work over the years. It’s a simple life, focused on the heavy work of dealing with stone slabs and blocks day in and day out. We just keep our heads down and work.
