Ratnasindhu Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in the Khed Taluka of Ratnagiri. Our address is at H.No 551 in the village of Lave. It is a beautiful part of the country, but farming here has its own set of challenges. We started this company to help the farmers in Lave and the surrounding areas work together more effectively. Being in Ratnagiri, we are surrounded by greenery, and most of us have been on the land since we were kids. The office at House 551 is where we keep all our records and meet to talk about the business. It’s a very local operation, and we don't try to act like a big city corporation. We talk about things like soil quality, rain patterns, and where to sell our crops. Sometimes we have to travel quite a bit to get things sorted out, but Lave is our home base. The people involved in the company are all neighbors and friends. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing department. We just rely on our hard work and the relationships we have built over the years. Farming is a tough job, and running a company on top of that is even tougher, but we think it is worth the effort. We are just trying to build something that lasts for our community in Khed.
