Malvotkarsh Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Dasai, specifically at Neem Chowk. This is a well-known spot in our village because of the big tree there where people often gather to talk and rest. Our office is right there, so it is very easy for any of the local farmers to drop by and see us. We are a group of people from Dasai who decided to pool our resources together. Farming by yourself can be very tough, especially when prices go up or the weather doesn't cooperate. By being a producer company, we can handle things as a group. Our office at Neem Chowk is simple and lacks any fancy decorations. We have some basic furniture and a place to keep our ledgers. Most of us are more comfortable out in the fields than sitting in an office, but we take turns staying here to handle the business side of things. You will often see us sitting outside the office in the shade, discussing the next harvest or how to get better fertilizer. We do not use any complicated language or have big goals other than making sure we all get a fair shake. It is a community thing and everyone in Dasai knows what we are about. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved in our group.
