We are a group of farmers from Mandangad who decided to start something of our own. It’s hard work out here in the fields, but Mandangad Origin Krushi Udyog Farmer Producer Company Limited gives us a way to manage things together. We are based right at H.No.861 in Gharadital. It’s not a big office or anything, just a place where we get the work done. Most of us grew up around here and know the soil well. We grow what we can and try to make sure everyone gets a fair deal for their sweat. Sometimes things are slow, especially when the weather doesn't help much, but we keep going. We handle different kinds of crops and try to find markets that actually pay what the food is worth. It’s mostly just us local folks talking about seeds and rain and how to get the harvest moved. There isn't much to say about fancy plans. We just want to keep the farms running and make sure the next generation has something left. Living in Mandangad means being close to the land, and this company is just our way of keeping that connection strong. We don't have a big team of experts, just regular people who know how to plant and pick. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. We aren't looking to change the world, just our little corner of it here in Gharadital. It’s just us, our land, and the work we do every day.
