If you go down to Chiplun in the Ratnagiri district, you will find us at Shaswat Farms. Specifically, we are at 456, Dalwatne Baag Wadi. It’s a beautiful part of the country, but the work is hard. Bhukyra Agro Industries Private Limited is centered right there in the middle of the greenery. Being in Dalwatne means we are right where the action is. We don't spend much time in big cities. Our day starts early, usually when the sun comes up over the farms. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it’s the heavy rains we get in Ratnagiri or the heat. The office is just a part of the farm setup. We don't have polished floors or air conditioning in every room. It’s a practical space for practical people. We focus on the agro industry side of things, making sure the produce from Shaswat Farms and the surrounding area is handled correctly. It’s a family-style environment here. Everyone knows everyone. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be done before the sun goes down. Working in Chiplun keeps us grounded. We’ve been here at Baag Wadi for a while, and we just keep doing what we know how to do. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just live and work here. That’s enough for us.
