Ratnagiri Crystal Agro Private Limited is based in Ratnagiri, which is a beautiful place to work. Our office is in Room No 102 on the first floor of Sailila Apartment. We are right near the State Bank, so it’s easy for people to find us when they are in town. Ratnagiri is famous for its mangoes and other crops, and we do our best to work within that world. We are a small private company, and we don't have any big corporate backing. It is just a few of us trying to manage agro business in this part of Maharashtra. The room we work in is small and gets a bit stuffy in the summer, but it works for us. We don't have any mission statements or grand visions written on the walls. We just have a calendar and a lot of lists of things to do. Most of our work involves talking to suppliers and making sure things are moving along the coast. It’s a practical job and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. If you stop by, you will likely see us on the phone or looking at maps of the local farms. We like being in Ratnagiri and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We are just regular people doing our best to run a business in the agro sector. It’s a simple life. We don't have any fancy titles here either.
