Hativ Village is where we do our work. Av Ventures Agro Llp is based at Sr. No 10/4. If you know the area, it’s right by the post office in Hativ. We are part of the Ratnagiri district, which is a place we really enjoy living in. The pace here is much slower than the big cities, and that suits us just fine. We spend most of our time dealing with agro matters. It is a humble operation and we don’t try to pretend otherwise. Our office isn’t much more than a desk and some chairs in a quiet room. We are usually out in the village anyway. The weather in Ratnagiri can be quite something during the monsoon, so we spend a lot of time preparing for that. Being near the Hativ post office makes it easy for us to send and receive things without much trouble. We don’t have any fancy goals or corporate statements written on the walls. We just want to get through our tasks and make sure everything is handled properly. Local folks know us by name, and we like it that way. It's an honest way to make a living. We don't see the need for big marketing budgets. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s work. Hativ is a good home for us. We just take things one day at a time here. It's quiet and simple.
