You can find us at Suresh Kashiram Marathe’s place, House No.326 in Mosam. Rajapur is a good area for what we do, and we’ve lived here all our lives. This company was formed because we wanted a way to organize our farming better than we were doing before. It’s a group effort, really. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the crops sorted and sent off. Most of the time, we’re out in the fields or meeting up at the house to talk about the market prices. It’s a simple setup we have here in Mosam. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising because everyone in the village knows where we are anyway. It’s more about the work than anything else. We handle the seeds, the fertilizer, and whatever else the farmers in our group need. Sometimes things go wrong with the machines or the rain doesn't come when we expect it, but that’s just part of the life. We try to help each other out when someone is having a tough time with their harvest. It’s not a corporate thing, it’s just a bunch of neighbors working together under the Rajapur Agro name. We take things as they come and try to do the best we can for the land. There isn't much more to it than that.
