Food Belle

At Food Belle, we are located in the Bhaskar Anirudh Complex on Karamtoli Road in Ranchi. It’s a busy spot right opposite the Adiwasi Hostel, so we see many students walking by every single day. The area of Deputy Para has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it. We usually start the day by opening up the shutters and getting the kitchen prepped. It is a simple setup we have here, nothing too complicated. We spend quite a bit of time just making sure the tables are steady and the place is clean. Ranchi weather changes quite a bit, so some days are really dusty and others are pouring with rain, which keeps us busy with the broom. Most of the people who come in are just looking for a regular meal or a quick bite while they are out on their errands. We don't have a big team, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it is washing up or taking an order. The traffic on Karamtoli Road can get a bit loud in the afternoons, but inside we just focus on the work. We keep our supplies stocked and try to make sure everything is fresh for the day. It is just a normal local business where we try to do a decent job every day without any fuss. The students from the hostel keep us on our toes, and we like the local feel.
