Dinese

We are located on Main Road in Ranchi. Our spot, Dinese, is right behind Firayalal, which is a place everyone knows. It’s a very crowded area with lots of shops and people everywhere. We started this place because we wanted a simple shop where people could come in for a quick meal. The space isn't very big, so it gets a bit tight during the afternoon rush. We have some simple tables and chairs, nothing too comfortable, just enough for a short stay. We don't spend a lot on shiny things. We just focus on the cooking. The kitchen is small but we make it work. We see a lot of shoppers who are tired from walking around the Main Road. They just want to sit for twenty minutes and have something to eat. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. We just rely on the fact that we are in a good location. The traffic noise outside never really stops, but that’s just Ranchi for you. We are just a small team of people trying to run a decent business. We don't make any big claims about our food or the way we run things. We just do our work every day and hope the customers are satisfied enough to come back next time they are near Firayalal. It’s not much, but it’s our way of being part of the city.
