Abhinav Mess

Abhinav Mess is a small place located on Ratu Road in the Hehal area of Ranchi. You can find us near the SAI TVS showroom, which is a pretty clear landmark if you are coming from the main part of town. Ratu Road is known for being incredibly busy and a bit chaotic at times, with bikes and cars constantly moving past. We call it a mess because that is exactly what it is—a simple place where we serve daily meals to people who are often living away from their families. We see a lot of students and office workers who just want a meal that feels a bit more like home. The space is quite tight and the furniture is very basic, just wooden tables and benches. We don't have a fancy menu; we just cook what is fresh for the day and serve it until it runs out. The kitchen is right there and you can hear the sounds of pots and pans clanking all day. We start early in the morning to get the first batch of food ready and we don't really stop until late. It is a lot of hard work and the heat from the stoves makes it tough in the summer. We don't do any advertising; people usually find us just by walking past or hearing about us from their friends. It is a plain, honest spot for a meal.
