Fayeda Farmer Producer Company Limited is located out in the village of Amlyahat. It’s part of the Malawar post area in Biaora tehsil. If you’re coming from Rajgarh, it’s a bit of a drive but we like it out here. We operate out of Ramnarayan’s place, which is where everything gets sorted. Being a farmer producer company in a small village means we are right in the middle of everything. We see the crops from the moment they come out of the ground. Our days are pretty simple, mostly involving talking to the neighbors about their yields and trying to get a good price for everyone. It’s not like a city job where you have a set schedule. Here, if the sun is up and there’s work to do, we’re doing it. The office is just a room with some registers and a couple of chairs. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. Most people just know to come to Amlyahat if they need to talk to the Fayeda group. It’s a lot of grassroots stuff, literally. We deal with whatever comes up, whether it’s a bad harvest or a road being blocked. We just try to keep things moving forward for the farmers in our circle. It’s a lot of hard work and not much glory, but it’s what we know how to do best out here in the village.
