We are located in Gram Bawdikheda, which is near Post Amlar in the Pachore Tehsil of Rajgarh. It’s a very rural spot, right where the work actually happens. Being a kisan producer company means we are run by and for the local farmers. Most of us grew up in these same fields. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, we just sit together and talk about what the crops need or how the market is looking this week. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We don't have any corporate bosses in big cities telling us what to do. We just look at what is happening in our own village and try to make things better for everyone involved. Sometimes we meet under a tree if the office gets too hot. It’s all very informal but we get the work done. People know where to find us if they have a problem with their harvest. We've lived in the Rajgarh area all our lives so we know everyone’s face. There isn't any need for big advertisements when everyone knows who you are and where you live. We just try to be honest and work hard. It’s a quiet life in Bawdikheda but it feels right to be working with the land and the people we know. We take things as they come and don't worry about much else. We're happy here in the village.
