Agro Vahini Private Limited is situated on Station Road in Rajgarh. We are based at Virendra Kumar’s place, he’s the son of Laxmi Narain Sharma. Being near the station means there is always a lot of movement and noise, which keeps things interesting. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us managing the day-to-day tasks. We handle various agricultural bits and pieces, mostly focusing on what the local market needs at the time. The building is an old one, and it can get a bit drafty, but it serves our purpose just fine. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. We talk to the drivers, the farmers, and the merchants who pass through Rajgarh. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be worrying about transport, and the next we are sorting through bags of grain. It’s messy work sometimes. We wear old clothes because there’s no point in dressing up to get dirty in this heat. Agro Vahini Private Limited is our small contribution to the trade here. We try to be honest and straightforward with everyone. No hidden agendas or complex contracts. Just simple talk and hard work. That’s how Virendra likes to run things, and that’s how we’ve always done it here on Station Road since we first opened up shop many years ago.
