We are based over in Sone Versa, specifically at number 1 in the Rajgarh area. It’s a quiet spot, mostly just fields and honest people working them. This agro company came about because we saw that doing things alone wasn't getting us very far. We grow what the land allows and try to make a living from it. It's not always easy, especially when the costs of everything keep going up. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to make sure the farmers around here get a fair shake. When you walk through Rajgarh, you see the same families who have been here for generations. We all know each other. Setting up this group was just the logical next step. We spend a lot of time talking about the soil and what seeds are working best this year. The office is simple, just a place to keep the records and meet up. There’s no polish here. We talk plain and we work hard. If someone’s tractor breaks, we help out. If the market is down, we figure out a way through it together. It feels more like a community group than a formal company most days. That’s just how we like it. We keep our eyes on the ground and our hands busy with the work that needs doing. It’s about making sure the village stays strong. We aren't looking for praise, just a way to keep the farms running.
