We are Agrochata Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our main spot is at Prakash Gangadhar Chatha’s place in Chata Rajgarh. That is part of the Narsinghgarh area in Rajgarh district. It is a very rural setting. We are mostly focused on the farmers right here in our own neighborhood. There is no sense in trying to cover the whole world when there is so much to do right here. We deal with the everyday problems of farming. Prakash handles a lot of the coordination. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of talk about crops. People drop in throughout the day. Maybe they need some advice or they want to know when the next shipment is coming. We try to keep things moving. The weather in Rajgarh can be pretty harsh, so we have to plan ahead. It is not always easy to get everyone on the same page. We have our disagreements, but we usually figure it out. Being a farmer producer company means we are all in this together. It is about making sure we don't get left behind. We stay busy with the cycles of the year. When it is harvest time, you won't find many of us in the office because we are all out working. That is just how it goes. Our community is small, but we work hard to keep everything running as smooth as we possibly can.
