Bawdikhera Agro Producer Company Limited

Our group is called Bawdikhera Agro Producer Company Limited. We are based out of Biriyakhedi Kala, and you can find us care of Ratan Bai and Ramprasad Kumhar. It is a quiet place where most people know each other by name. We decided to come together as a company because farming on your own is getting harder every year. We are just local people from this village and the nearby spots. The office is really just a house in the village where we keep our records and meet when we aren't out in the fields. Ramprasad and Ratan Bai have been part of this community for a long time, so it made sense to have the company registered there. We deal with the stuff we grow in our own soil here in Biriyakhedi Kala. It isn't a big business with city offices. It is just us farmers trying to get a better handle on our seeds and the stuff we sell after the harvest. Some days are long and the work is tiring, but having a group makes it feel a bit easier. We talk about the weather and the market prices over tea. That is how we operate. There isn't any big secret to it, just regular people working the land and trying to stay ahead of things. We focus on what is right in front of us in our own fields every single day.
