Down in Olihan, which is under the Alasahi post office in the Kakatpur area of Puri, you’ll find our little setup. It’s quite a way out in Orissa, surrounded by a lot of green and not much else. We go by the name Lecture, though out here, people just know us as the guys working in that one building. The air is usually pretty thick and humid because we aren't too far from the coast. It’s a simple life here. We start early before the sun gets too high and the heat becomes too much to handle. The building itself is old, with thick walls that keep it somewhat cool, though we still rely on the ceiling fans. We don't have fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets. Just the essentials that we need to do our daily jobs. Sometimes the mail takes a bit longer to reach us because we are tucked away, but we don't mind the slower pace. It gives us time to actually think about what we are doing. We often sit outside on the porch during our breaks, watching the local traffic—mostly cycles and the occasional tractor—go past on the main road. It’s a quiet existence, and that’s exactly why we like it here. There’s no rush to be anything other than what we are. We just do our work, talk to the neighbors, and enjoy the quiet of the Puri district.
