Sri Jagannath (Junior) College

We are located in Kaipadar, which is in the Khurda district. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which makes it a decent place for a junior college. The students who come here are usually from the surrounding villages and small towns. We have a simple campus with the basic rooms needed for lectures and some office work. Since it’s a junior college, we deal with teenagers who are trying to figure out their next steps after high school. It’s an important time for them. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing department. It’s just us, the teachers, and the support staff. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and making sure the exams are conducted properly. The building is old-fashioned but it serves its purpose. During the summer, it gets quite warm, so we have the fans going all day. The local community knows us well because we’ve been here for years. We don't make big promises. We just offer the classes that are required and try to help the students understand the material. Sometimes the bus schedule is a bit off, and students arrive late, but we understand how it is in Khurda. We take things one day at a time, keeping the focus on the books and the lessons. It’s a quiet life here in Kaipadar, and we are fine with that.
