Rahul started this place at Ishan Apartment. It's not a big gallery, just a studio where things get done. We spend most of our time here painting or looking at frames. Warje Naka is where we've stayed for a while. Sometimes the light isn't great, but we make it work. It's just a regular apartment, so you might miss the sign if you aren't looking. We do a lot of different pieces, some big, some small. People usually call before they come by because we're often busy with brushes and paints. It gets a bit messy with the supplies everywhere. We try to keep it organized, but that doesn't always happen. It's a quiet spot in Shree- Ram Society. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's just about the art and getting things finished. I've been doing this for years now. My hands are usually stained with something. If you drop in, you'll see half-finished canvases against the walls. We don't really do much advertising. Most people just find out through word of mouth or seeing the work somewhere else. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of traffic outside near the Naka, but inside the society, it's alright. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever project is next. It's a simple setup, really. There are boxes of canvases in the hallway and old jars full of brushes on every table. Nothing more to it than that.
