Goggies Art Gallery

Goggies Art Gallery is situated in Bavdhan at the 8th Cross, L-12. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room for the things we like to show. We spend a lot of time just moving things around and making sure the lighting is okay. It gets a bit dusty in here with all the frames and paper, so there is always a bit of cleaning to do. We aren't some high-end gallery from the city center. We are just a local spot in Bavdhan. People from the neighborhood often stop in while they are out for a walk. Sometimes they buy something, and sometimes they just want to look around for a few minutes. We don't mind either way. It's nice to have the company. The 8th Cross is a decent area, mostly quiet, which suits us just fine. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just put things on the walls and wait to see what people think. Sometimes we talk to the artists who bring their work in, and they are usually just regular people like us. We’ve been at L-12 for a while now, and it feels like home. We just take it one day at a time, seeing what new things come through the door and keeping the place open for anyone who is interested in seeing some local work. It’s a simple way to spend the day.
