Our factory and office are located out in Khed Shivapur, specifically in the Kasurdi area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city of Pune, sitting on the Khed Shivapur-Saswad Road. We are spread across a few plots, Gat No 3, 5, and 243. It is a large area, which is necessary for the kind of work we do here. The surroundings are much quieter than the middle of the city, with a lot of open land and other industrial plots nearby. There is a post office in Khed Shivapur that we use for a lot of our mail. The road can be a bit rough in patches, especially after the monsoon, but it is the main artery for everything coming in and out of the site. We have our name on the gate, so you cannot really miss it once you are on the right stretch of the Saswad road. It is a very functional site, built for production and engineering. We do not have a fancy lobby with a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, the people you meet are wearing work clothes and are busy with something on the shop floor. It is a long day for most of us who commute here, but there is a lot of space to breathe compared to the cramped offices in town. We have everything we need right here.
