121 Kitchen

121 Kitchen is located in Chinchwad, right next to the Parkwayz Society on Thergaon Road. It’s a bit of an interesting spot, tucked into the Adrash Estate near the Hingewadi Flyover on Chakudia Mahadev Road. Because of where we are, we get a lot of people coming from the IT park side and also locals from the residential societies. The area has changed a lot over the years with all the new buildings coming up. We are just one of the spots where you can get a meal without any of the extra drama. The kitchen is the heart of the place, obviously. We don't have a big front-of-house team. It's mostly just us making sure everything is running. The road outside can get a bit confusing with the flyover nearby, but once people find us, they usually come back. It’s not a shiny, new-age kind of place. We have some tables and a roof over our heads. We like the mix of people we get—some in office clothes, some just in their house clothes from the apartments nearby. It’s a real neighborhood kitchen. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just rely on people walking by or hearing about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple life here and we just focus on the cooking. We're glad to be here in Chinchwad.
