Aher Garden & Lawn Mangal Karyalaya

We have had this space in Chinchwadagaon for a long time now. Aher Garden & Lawn Mangal Karyalaya is mostly used for local functions and family gatherings. It is a big open area with some grass and a hall for people to meet. We don't have a fancy office or a lot of staff wearing suits. It’s just a practical place for people in the 411033 area to hold their events. We spend most of our time keeping the grass cut and the hall clean for the next person who needs it. It gets very busy during the wedding season, and sometimes it's a bit of a rush to get everything ready on time. We don't use any big words to describe what we do here. It’s just a garden and a lawn. People come to us because they know where we are and they like the open space for their guests. The neighborhood has grown a lot around us over the years, but our gate is still in the same spot. We don't do much online; most people just walk in or call us to see if the date is free. It’s a very local way of doing things. We have a few lights and basic stuff for the stage. Nothing too over the top. We just want to make sure there’s enough room for everyone to sit and eat. It’s a lot of physical work, but we are used to it by now. We just keep the gates open.
