Aabacha Dhaba

Aabacha Dhaba has its spot on Laxmi Road in Sadashiv Peth. We are near the Kulkarni Petrol Pump, right by the Alka Talkies Chowk. That intersection is always full of noise and people moving around, so it is a lively place to be. We have been part of this Pune neighborhood for a long time now. The building itself has seen better days, but it holds a lot of memories for us. We just serve the kind of food we grew up with. There are no fancy uniforms or polished menus around here. We just write things down and get to work. During the weekends, the crowd from the cinema comes over and things get a bit chaotic. We just try to keep up as best we can. Sometimes we run out of certain items early, but that is just how it goes with a small kitchen. The tables are basic and the floor is worn down from all the feet walking over it over the years. People know us for being a simple dhaba. We don't try to be anything else. If you are looking for a place near the chowk to grab a meal, we are right here. It is just us, the stove, and the regulars who have been with us since the start. Not much more to it than that. Just a local spot to eat.
