Star Creations

Our workspace is at No. 385 Narayan Peth, inside Chandra Shobha Apartment. We are in room 101. It’s a very traditional part of town, and being near the Modi Ganpati Temple means we always have a landmark to give people. The apartment building itself is a bit older, but it’s sturdy. We like being in Narayan Peth because it feels like a real community. At Star Creations, we don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a flat that we’ve converted into our working area. There are desks, some shelves for our supplies, and not much else. The street outside can get quite loud, especially during the festival season when the temple is busy. We’ve been here for several years now. We know the people in the other apartments and we say hello in the hallway. It’s a very regular, everyday kind of place. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just hear us working away. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the boxes pile up. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements. We just rely on being here and doing what we do. The light in the morning is good for our work. We usually work until the sun goes down and then lock up. It’s a simple routine but it works for us. We are just local people in a local apartment, doing our bit day after day.
