Rambo Circus has been set up here at Ghorpadi 73/2 for a bit now. If you've lived around here, you know the spot. Life in a circus is a lot of work that people don't really see. It’s not just the shows in the evening; it’s the hours of practice and keeping the equipment safe and ready. We spend a lot of time at 73/2 just maintaining the tents and making sure everything is where it should be. It gets dusty and loud, and there is always something that needs fixing or painting. We aren't a big fancy office building; we are a traveling group of people who make our living this way. Each day starts early with chores and ends late after the last person leaves. We see families from all over Ghorpadi coming through the gates. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and the ground gets muddy, but we keep going anyway. It’s a community of performers and workers living together in this space. We don't have a lot of time for fancy speeches. We just want to make sure the lights work and the seats are bolted down tight. It’s a hard life but it's what we do. You can see our setup from the road. It’s a bit of a landmark in this part of town when we are around. We don't have a corporate office, just the trailers and the main tent.
