We operate our business out of Mangalwar Peth at address number 4, 426. Our whole business is centered around water, mostly dealing with filters, pumps, and various small spare parts. It’s not exactly a glamorous job, but it’s what we’ve been doing for a long time. The shop is usually full of various pipes, plastic tanks, and small hand tools lying around. It’s often a bit messy inside because we’re always in the middle of fixing something or taking old units apart to see what's wrong. People come to us when they have a real problem with their water supply at home. We’ve been in this particular part of Mangalwar Peth for quite some time now. It’s an older building, and we’ve had to use every single inch of the available space to store our parts. Sometimes we have to go out to people's houses to do the installations, so the shop might be closed for an hour or two during the day. We just leave a handwritten note on the door for anyone who stops by. We don't have a big sales team or anyone in suits. It’s just us answering the old phone and trying to help folks out with their plumbing. It’s a lot of technical work, but we’ve learned it all over the years. We don't bother with fancy brochures or expensive ads. Most of our customers come because a neighbor told them we were honest. It’s a steady kind of life here at 426.
