Patki Shobha Artist

Patki Shobha Artist is located right at Bunglow No 55 in Navketan Society. This is back in Lane 6 off Paud Road. If you know the Neeta Volvo Bus Stand in Kothrud, we are just a short walk from there near Ideal Colony. It’s a quiet residential area, which is good for working on art. Most of the time, I am just here at the bungalow painting or sketching. It isn't a gallery with white walls and fancy lights. It's just a home where art happens. People usually find out about me through neighbors or by seeing the work somewhere else in Pune. I have been in Kothrud for years and I like the pace here. Sometimes it’s busy with the bus stand nearby, but once you turn into the society lanes, it gets peaceful. There are always brushes drying and paints being mixed on the tables. I do various types of work depending on what someone is looking for. It could be a portrait or something for a wall. I don't really do big advertising. People just drop by or call to see if I am around. Working from home means the hours are a bit flexible, but I am usually at the desk during the day. It’s a simple life, mostly just colors and paper and the trees outside the window. You’re welcome to stop by if you happen to be in the lane.
