Globle Artist

Anjani Niwas is where we keep our supplies and do most of the work. Being in Narayan Peth means there’s always a lot of activity around us, especially being so close to Mati Ganpati. Globle Artist is just our name for the little space we’ve carved out here. We spend the hours working on different pieces, sometimes with paint, sometimes with other materials. It’s a bit messy in here most of the time, with stuff leaning against the walls and jars of things everywhere. We’ve got some tables set up and a couple of old chairs for when we need a break. The light comes in pretty well during the afternoon, which helps when you’re trying to see small details. People often stop by because they’re in the area for the temple. We don't mind the noise from the street; it actually makes the day go by faster. It’s just a regular local spot where we try to stay busy with the projects we have on hand. Sometimes a project takes a few days, other times we’re done in an hour. We don't really do anything corporate or fancy, just hands-on work in the middle of the city. If you walk past Anjani Niwas, you’ll probably see us inside moving things around or cleaning up after a long day. It’s a good neighborhood to be in, and we like the vibe of this part of Pune.
