Working out of Plot No. 25 in the El Block of MIDC Bhosari is a bit different from working in a city office. This area is full of factories and workshops, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around in the background. Our building is a straightforward industrial unit. It doesn't have a flashy entrance or a big sign, but it serves its purpose for putting together electronic systems. We usually start our shift early to beat the worst of the heat and the traffic on the main road. The workshop floor is often covered with different parts, tools, and wires waiting to be sorted. It’s not the cleanest environment, but it’s where the actual work happens. We have a small area set aside for the paperwork and the computer stuff, which is usually quite cluttered with files. The commute to Bhosari can be a long one depending on where everyone is traveling from, but we’ve all gotten used to it over the years. We know the guys in the neighboring plots, and sometimes we help each other out if someone is short on a specific tool. It’s a very practical way of living. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. We just focus on the technical side of the systems we are building. It’s a steady, quiet rhythm of work that fills our days here at plot twenty-five.
