Manasi Ghanekar

This is a small setup based in Wakad. I handle things from here, mostly focusing on professional services under the name Manasi Ghanekar. Wakad is a fast-growing area, and it’s a good place to be located. It’s not a huge office with lots of departments. It’s more of a personal operation where I can focus on the work at hand. I don't believe in using big corporate talk. I just do what needs to be done. Whether it’s consulting or specialized tasks, the goal is to just finish the work well. I’ve been in this area for a while and have seen it change from quiet fields to lots of buildings. My workspace is simple and functional. I don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Usually, people find me because someone they know told them about my work. It’s a more direct way of doing things. I keep my own schedule and make sure I stay organized. Every day involves a lot of emails, calls, and focusing on the details of different projects. It’s just me working through the list of things to do. Sometimes I go to local cafes to work for a change of scenery. Wakad has a lot of those now. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and I enjoy the flexibility it gives me to handle things my way without a boss looking over my shoulder. It’s just about doing the work and getting it back to people on time.
