We are located at Unit No 14 in Electronic Sadan-3, which is in MIDC Sector No. 3. This is an industrial area, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses around us. We’ve been here for a good while, focusing on electronics. Our daily routine involves a lot of assembly work and checking components under the lights. It’s a practical space designed for work, not for looking good. We have our workbenches set up and the machines humming most of the day. Sector 3 is always full of trucks moving in and out, so there’s a lot of dust and noise, but you get used to it. We mainly deal with the hardware side of things, putting together parts that go into larger machines. It’s the kind of job that requires you to be careful and stay focused, especially when the parts are small. Sometimes the heat in the unit gets a bit much during the summer months, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a big company with a lot of departments; it’s just a handful of us making sure the production stays on track. We don’t use any complicated jargon to describe what we do. We just build the electronics and try to make sure they pass the tests before they leave the unit. It’s steady, honest work in the heart of the industrial zone. We are just local people doing our best with the tools we have.
