We’ve been here in Bhosari at Plot No. 46-A for a good while now. It’s right behind the Times of India building, which is usually how we tell people to find us when they get lost in Sector 10. The industrial area is always noisy and busy, but that is just how it is around here. We handle a lot of different electrical and electronics work every day. Sometimes it’s busy with orders coming in, and other times we are just sorting through the parts and making sure everything is where it should be. The workshop isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done. We have a small team, and most of us have been working together for years. We know the machines and the components pretty well by now. Usually, the mornings start with tea and a quick look at what needs to be finished before the day ends. Traffic in Bhosari can be a bit of a headache, especially during the shift changes, but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the wiring, boards, and whatever else comes across the bench. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the task at hand. If you walk into the shop, you'll see tools everywhere and people actually working. That’s just how we operate day in and day out without much fuss or bother.
