We are based out of Akurdi, right on the Mumbai Pune Road. If you know where the Central Bank is, we are just above it at number 169/2. It’s a convenient spot, though the traffic on the main road can be quite something during rush hour. We’ve been working with electronics for quite some time now. Our day usually involves a lot of testing and checking different systems. The office has that specific smell of old solder and cooling fans. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we send out actually works. There are a few of us who have been here since the start. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time looking at diagrams. Sometimes the parts we need take forever to arrive, which is frustrating, but we manage. People stop by often because we are easy to find. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You usually just walk in and find one of us working on a panel or typing away. It’s a bit cluttered with wires and manuals, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Akurdi is okay. It’s got everything we need nearby. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the technical side of things. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we are good at.
