Golden Sun Bar

Our bar is located at 53 and 55 Mission Street in Pondicherry. It is a very central spot in the town, so there are always people walking by on the sidewalk. The building has been here for a long time, and we haven't changed much about it over the years. Inside, it’s a basic place with tables and chairs where you can sit and have a drink. We don't have any fancy lighting or loud music playing. Most of the people who come in are locals who live nearby and want to relax after they finish work. We also get some tourists who are exploring Mission Street and need a break from the heat. The air conditioning works most of the time, but on really hot days, it struggles a bit. We serve the usual selection of drinks and some simple snacks like peanuts or fried things. The staff is just a few guys who know most of the regulars by name. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit quietly if you want to. We don't try to be a trendy club or anything like that. It’s just a neighborhood bar. Sometimes the street noise outside gets a bit loud, but inside, it’s usually just the sound of the fans and people chatting. We open up in the morning and stay until late, just like every other day for the last few years.
