Ss Convent Intermediate College

Ss Convent Intermediate College is located over in Naini, specifically on Triveni Nagar Road. Naini is a bit of a different world compared to the main city of Allahabad, with all the factories and small houses squeezed together. The school is tucked away on a road that stays pretty crowded with rickshaws and vendors. We have a modest building where the neighborhood kids come to study. It’s a place where everyone knows each other, and you see the parents standing outside the gate at the end of the day. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and benches that have been used by many batches of students. We have the usual blackboards and some charts on the walls that the kids made themselves. It’s a noisy place when the classes change, but once the teachers walk in, things settle down. We don’t have a massive campus with gardens, but we make use of every square inch we have. The office is always full of papers and registers, and there is usually a pot of tea sitting somewhere for the staff. We’ve been part of the Triveni Nagar community for quite a while now. The building gets a bit damp during the monsoon, and the road outside turns into a bit of a mess, but the students still show up on time. It is a regular school for regular people, where the main goal is just to finish the books and pass the board exams.
