Sister Nivedita Shiksha Sansthan

Sister Nivedita Shiksha Sansthan is located over at 461A in Colonelganj. Being near Anand Bhawan makes it a very recognizable spot for anyone living in Allahabad. We have been operating from this building for a while now. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history around it. The streets can get a little crowded, especially during the day, but it’s a good place to be. We handle various educational tasks here. It’s not a very big operation, just a handful of us working to keep things running. Usually, you’ll find someone at the desk if you walk in during the morning. We try to keep things simple and straightforward. There’s no big sign or flashing lights, just our name on the door. A lot of people come by because they live in the neighborhood or are passing through Colonelganj. We spend most of our time organizing classes and talking to parents about how their children are doing. It’s steady work and keeps us busy. Sometimes the weather in Allahabad gets really intense, but we stay open regardless. We don’t really do much advertising; word of mouth from neighbors has always been enough for us. If you’re ever near the bhawan, you might have seen our gate. It’s just a regular place where learning happens every day. We enjoy being in this specific part of the city and seeing our students grow up. It feels like home to us after all these years of working here.
