Udipti Microcare Foundation

Udipti Microcare Foundation is located in Sachidanand Nagar, right in the Tilkamanjhi area of Jagdishpur. We operate from the home of Parwati Devi. Tilkamanjhi is a pretty busy part of the region, but Sachidanand Nagar itself is a bit more laid back and residential. The house is easy to find if you know the landmark of the local market nearby. We’ve turned part of the living space into our working area, so it’s got a very cozy, lived-in feel. There are plenty of books and papers scattered around, and we usually have the radio playing softly in the background. Parwati Devi is often around, making sure things are in order. The foundation is small, and we don't have a lot of full-time staff, so it’s usually just a couple of us handling everything. The streets in our neighborhood are lined with trees, and it’s a nice place to walk in the mornings. We don't have any flashy advertisements or a big glass front. Instead, we have a simple door that is usually open to let in the breeze. Most of our day is spent talking to local residents and keeping our records updated. It’s practical work, and we do it from a place that feels like home. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors all know what we do. It’s a simple life in Tilkamanjhi, and our office reflects that perfectly every day.
