Al Momin Ekta Upliftment Foundation

We go by Al Momin Ekta Upliftment Foundation and we are located in Koilwar. Our place is actually really close to the PWD office, so if you can find that, you’ve basically found us. Being in the Bhojpur district has its ups and downs, but it is home for us. We set up shop here because we wanted to be where the people are. The foundation isn't run by some big board of directors in a city far away. It’s just us, local folks from Koilwar, trying to keep things going. We don't have a glossy brochure or a team of writers. This is just a plain description of who we are. The office is usually open during normal hours, though sometimes we step out for errands. People in Bhojpur know the area around the PWD office well, so we don't get lost too often. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork and the people that come in seeking help or just to talk. It can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of big words to describe our work. We just show up and do it. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, you’ll see our small setup. It’s not much to look at, but it’s where all the work happens. We like it here in Koilwar and hope to stay for many more years helping out where we can. It is a decent spot to be.
