Adya Seva Sansthan

Adya Seva Sansthan is tucked away in Mahmadpur village, which you get to via Benipatti in the Madhubani district. Our address is Post Depura, and we’ve been part of this community for quite some time. Being in a place like Madhubani, you learn that things move at their own pace. We work on various local service projects, mostly helping the people in Mahmadpur and the nearby villages. It’s a very local effort. Most of us live right here, so we see the needs of our neighbors every single day. Whether it’s helping someone with their documents or organizing a small community event, we’re usually involved. The office isn't anything special, just a room where we can sit and talk. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. People find out about us by word of mouth, which is how most things work around here anyway. Sometimes we struggle with the lack of resources, but we make do with what we have. It’s about being there when someone needs help. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just try to help with the small, everyday things that make life a little easier for the folks in our village. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’re proud to be from this district and to serve the people we’ve known our whole lives. There is always more work to be done, so we just take it one day at a time here.
