Action For Development Of Demos

We are over in Patna, specifically in the Kankarbagh area. Our office is located at East Indira Nagar on Road No. 5. It is a residential kind of spot, so it stays a bit quieter than the main markets. Action For Development Of Demos has been working out of this location for a while. We don't have a lot of staff, just some dedicated folks who live nearby and care about the city. The house we use for the office is easy to spot if you are walking down Road No. 5. We keep things very simple here. There are no big presentations or fancy brochures. We mostly just talk to people who stop by and see what needs doing. Patna is a big place, but Kankarbagh feels like its own little world sometimes. We try to keep our paperwork in order, even if the filing system is a bit old-fashioned. It’s a lot of manual work and speaking to the neighbors. We don't have a massive budget for fancy things, so we make do with what we have on hand. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait or talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of working. We aren't trying to change the whole world in one day; we just look at what is right in front of us in East Indira Nagar. Every day is a bit different but we stay consistent.
