Savement Foundation

We are based over here in Vishnupad. If you know the area, it's Ghugharitanr, right near the Suzuki workshop. Baliram Prasad Mehta is the one who handles things around here. This place started because we saw stuff that needed doing in the community. It isn't a big fancy office or anything. Just some regular people trying to help out where we can. We spend most of our time dealing with local issues that pop up. Sometimes it's helping a neighbor, other times it's something bigger. You might see us walking around the workshop area during the day. We don't have a big team or huge budget. It's mostly just us using what we have. People stop by sometimes to ask questions. We try to give a straight answer. It’s been a few years now since we set up. The building isn't much to look at but it works for what we need. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us by word of mouth or just seeing the sign. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The weather gets hot here but we stay busy. If you're near the Suzuki shop, you can't miss the turn. We are usually around if the gate is open. There’s always something to fix or someone to talk to. We like it this way, keeping it local and simple. No point in making things complicated when they don't have to be. We just live and work here like everyone else. It is a quiet life most of the time.
