Ramanand Foundation

The Ramanand Foundation is located out in the village of Danwan, which is part of the Jagdishpur block. We are based at Munna Kumar Yadav’s place, right near Paras Singh’s spot. It is a real rural setting, and we like it that way because it keeps us close to the ground. We are just a small group of local people. We don't have any big investors or a corporate board telling us what to do. Most of us grew up right here in this part of Bihar, so we know the people and the land. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of glossy pamphlets. If someone wants to know what we are doing, they usually just walk over and ask. It’s a simple life in Danwan, and our foundation reflects that. We just try to help out where it makes sense. Sometimes it’s about a neighbor needing a hand or something happening in the block that needs attention. We don't make big promises or use marketing talk. We just show up and do the work that needs doing each day. It’s not always easy and sometimes things move slow, but that’s just how it is. We are committed to this area because it’s where we belong. We just take things as they come and try to stay useful to our neighbors in Jagdishpur. It’s home for us, after all.
