We are located right near the PWD office in Koilwar. It’s a busy spot in the Bhojpur district but we like it here because everyone can find us easily. There isn't much to say about our history other than we’ve been working out of this Bihar office for a good while now. If you're driving through Koilwar, you'll see our sign. Inside, it's pretty simple. Just a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of paperwork. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. Most of our days are spent talking to folks who come in from the nearby villages. It gets quite dusty in the summer months and the fans just move the warm air around, but that is how it goes here. We try to keep things organized as best as we can. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we do things by hand. The staff lives locally, so we know the neighborhood well. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. Just a few of us trying to get things done every day before the sun goes down. People drop by without appointments sometimes, and that is fine. We usually have some tea going if you want to sit for a minute. It is just a normal place doing what we can for the people around Bhojpur. We’ve been part of this community since the beginning and know most of the shopkeepers on the main road.
