Nehanta Foundation

Nehanta Foundation operates out of Gola Village in the Goh block. We are located at the residence of Raghu Nandan Sao in the Tola-Gola Par area. It’s a very local operation, rooted right here in the heart of the community. We started this because we wanted to see our village thrive. There are a lot of small problems that don’t get much attention from the bigger organizations, so we decided to take care of them ourselves. We don't have a fancy office or any high-tech equipment. It’s just us, some basic tools, and a lot of determination. We spend our time working on projects that directly affect the people living in Gola Par and the rest of Goh. Sometimes that means helping with local infrastructure, and other times it’s about providing support to families in need. We don’t have a marketing team or any polished brochures. Most of what we do is just talked about between neighbors over tea. It’s an honest way to work, and it keeps us grounded. We know the people here and they know us. If there’s a need, we try to meet it without making a big fuss. It’s hard work and it takes up a lot of our time, but we don’t mind. This is our home, and helping out is just part of being a good neighbor. We take things as they come and do our best every single day.
