Maa Somariya Foundation

Maa Somariya Foundation is located in Kadamkuan, right at Shivnath Yadav’s house. We are pretty close to the Durga Mandir on Rajendra Path Road. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually don't have a hard time finding us. We are just a small group of people who started this foundation to help out where we can. We don't have a big budget or a fancy office building. Most of our work is done right here from the house or out on the street meeting people. Kadamkuan is a lively place, and there is always something going on. We try to keep our ears to the ground to understand what our neighbors are dealing with. We don't write big reports or have long board meetings. We just sit down, have some tea, and talk about what needs to happen next. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. Sometimes we make mistakes or things take longer than we thought they would, but that’s just how it goes when you’re a small operation. We don't try to hide that. We are just regular people trying to do something good. If someone needs help, they know they can come by Rajendra Path and find us. We don't have any grand slogans. We just want to be useful to the people living around here. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy, which is all we really want.
