Maa Santoshi Seva Sansthan

This sansthan is located in the village of Kondips, specifically in the Pandarak area of Patna. We operate out of Kaushlendra Pandey’s house. It’s a local place for local issues. We aren't some big city organization with a bunch of departments. It's just a few of us who wanted to do something good for our village and the surrounding post area of Kondips. We’ve lived here a long time, so we know the people and we know what the daily struggles are like. The Maa Santoshi Seva Sansthan is our way of giving back to the place that raised us. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of promotional flyers. Most people around here just know us by word of mouth. If someone has a problem or there’s a local project that needs doing, they come find Kaushlendra or one of the rest of us. We spend a lot of time just talking to the elders and the families in Pandarak to see what’s going on. It’s a very basic way of running things, but it feels right for a village like ours. We don’t try to sound like a big corporation because we aren’t one. We’re just regular people trying to make the village a little bit better for everyone. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy. If you’re ever in the Patna district near Pandarak, you’ll find us doing what we always do. We’re just part of the local landscape here.
