Khushbu Kumari Educational Foundation

Shri Chandan Kumar is the one who looks after the Khushbu Kumari Educational Foundation. We are located in a village called Mahugai, which is under the Patluka post office in the Barachatti area. It is a bit of a rural spot, away from the main highway. Being in Mahugai means we are right there with the families who need help the most. The office is just a basic building in the village. We focus on education, but it is all very grassroots. We do not have a big campus or anything like that. It is mostly about getting books to kids or helping them with their schoolwork. Chandan spends a lot of time talking to parents in the village. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to reach the further houses. Barachatti is a well-known area, but Mahugai is much quieter. We like the peace here. It is a good place to work. We do not have any corporate polish or fancy brochures. If you want to know what we do, you just have to come and see. We use simple tools and work out of a small room. The children in the village are the reason we started this. We just want them to have a bit more than we did. It is slow work, but we are patient. We are just local people trying to help out.
